Why Most Back Pain Treatments Fail and What To Do About It
Most people who have back pain do not know why it starts, what caused it and most importantly the simple steps to end your pain ... forever!
There are 3 main reasons why most back pain treatments fail...The first reason is most treatments ONLY chase symptoms.
Symptom chasing is where you target the pain site only or just one aspect of your pain. To have long lasting relief ... to remove every ounce of your pain ... you must remove every single cause.
Current thinking states that back pain is caused by:
- muscle imbalances (tight and weakened muscles)
- pressure created by poor joint movement
- inflammation of the surrounding tissues
These mechanisms are caused by the many micro-injuries that occur over time ... you bend, lift, twist, and fall, get tired and stressed daily all allowing these imbalances to build with time.
(Recent research has indicated that these imbalances are accumulations of micro-injuries and not just "one-event" injuries - such as how you lifted, bent over or carried an object)
Most treatments fail as they only address one aspect. If you are just using stretching or exercise, you will only change muscles which will only adjust joints and only targets joints. Medication and supplements will only address inflammation and pain relief. All of these are temporary measures and will only give you short-term relief.

Once you have the various pelvis distortion patterns form ... the muscular and joint imbalances are set ... for 31 days ... they suddenly become a habit. Your body believes these to be 'normal'. Once your body accepts these as normal it then stops trying to correct or remove them. These patterns are now ingrained in your spine and pelvis and over time pain will develop.
