Have you ever used a foam roller on your ITB?

It hurts!!!!

It hurts AND I find it a bit odd that when we're injured or sore, we think that squishing it with a giant rolling pin might help!

So, during this painful pummeling, a thought has often crossed my mind... is this actually doing anything? Will it improve stiffness or flexibility?
