Which areas do you cover for in-home visits?

We travel across northern Miami-Dade and southern Broward, including North Miami, Miami Shores, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Aventura and Hallandale Beach. Coverage further out depends on the day and the therapist's schedule. Send us your address and we will let you know right away whether we can reach you.

Is an in-home session shorter than a clinic session?

No. It is the same private, one-to-one treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, hands on throughout. The difference is location, not content. If your case later calls for specialist equipment, we can move some sessions to our Wynwood clinic and keep the rest at home.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. Your therapist arrives with a portable treatment table, manual therapy tools, bands, weights and anything else the plan requires. You are not asked to buy equipment in advance. If a small item would help between visits, we will tell you exactly what to get.

Can I start at home and move into the clinic later?

That is a very common path, particularly after surgery. Early sessions happen at home while travel is hard, then you transition into clinic visits as mobility returns. Many people finish with a mix of both. Our program packages accommodate that shift without renegotiating anything.

What In-Home Concierge Is

Not everyone can get to a clinic, and not everyone should have to. Post-surgical recovery, a newborn at home, limited mobility, or a schedule with no spare hour in it are all perfectly good reasons to be treated where you live. Our concierge visits are not a reduced version of clinic care. They are the identical sixty-minute private session with your own Doctor of Physical Therapy, brought to your door anywhere we cover across Miami-Dade and Broward.

Your therapist arrives with treatment table, manual therapy tools and whatever equipment your plan calls for. The session runs exactly as it would in the clinic: hands-on treatment, movement retraining, and a home program left in place before we leave.

Home care carries one advantage a clinic can never match. We observe the actual stairs you struggle with, the sofa you cannot rise from, the bed height that is wrecking your hip, the desk chair behind your neck pain. That environment gets assessed and adjusted on the spot rather than described secondhand.

Post-operative clients make up a large share of this pillar. After a knee replacement, hip replacement, shoulder repair or spinal procedure, early progress is decisive and travelling is genuinely difficult. Our Post-Op Concierge program is built for exactly that window.

New parents use it during the postpartum months, often combined with pelvic health rehabilitation. Older adults use it to protect strength, balance and independence without arranging transport. When it makes sense to transition into a clinic later, our Aventura location is a common next step, and you can begin with a consult.
